4Good value. 2 things worth noting.
By cignal69
This isn't a $500 helmet, but it's still a good value and still DOT approved. 2 things that you should take into consideration when buying this helmet. Every helmet I buy is a medium and this is the tightest fitting helmet I have. If I could do it again, I would go with a large. The second thing is the visor. I know this is a dual sport helmet and that's the reason for the smaller visor, but it doesn't really offer much in the way of blocking the sun or getting roosted. I still wear the helmet though! It's great when I get rained on for a few minutes then it dries up. It's also great when my goggles are smeared or fogged. I slide the goggles off and still have a good amount of protection until everyone stops and I can get everything cleaned. Traveling down long stretches, I just throw the shield down and it's much quieter. If I know I'm hitting a muddy section, I'll put the shield down, hit the mud, then put the shield back up and ride on with my clean goggles. I gave it a 4 because I think it's made well for this price point and it does the job as advertised even with the small gripes I have.

5Nice.
By Sean Anderson
Having spent hundreds more on helmet in the past (like 15-20 years ago), I was sceptical of the quality- and I was wrong. The padding is really nice and snaps out easily to clean. There are 4 or 5 closeable vents. The visor is good- I think it may have a little bit of convexity to it. Wind noise at 40mph+ is there, but I should try closing the vents. All-in-all, really happy with this helmet for dual-sport purposes.

**UPDATE- put about 600 miles on this helmet. Mostly trails. Ventilation is great, visor is superior to goggles. Got an itch on your nose? No problem! Wind noise above 55mph is tolerable, would not advise turning head at those speeds as the visor will catch some air and pull your head a bit. Hoping this stands up to some late fall New England riding and/or taking a endo-induced head landing on the trail.

5Nice Helmet
By Stefan
This is my first full face helmet. I came from a three-quarters helemet.

This one was heavier than I was used to, but nothing too much. Though, I worry that in the event of an accident, a heavier head will impact the ground harder, but there is more padding in it.

This helmet fits a bit more narrow than I am used to.

The overall profile of the helmet is narrow and long, so turning your head to the side while driving (~30mph) causes drag and your head kinda leans back. However when you are looking forward, it almost feels like the aerodynamics of the helmet make my head (and consequently the entire bike) more stable.

Overall, I like this helmet, and would buy it again if I had to.
