5What I was looking for
By T. Brace
This neck brace meets my needs and wants, for Dirt bike & DH Mountain bike riding.
Pros
- transmits impact forces to chest and back muscle areas, and not to the sternum, spine, and/or collarbone
- is open in the front/throat area
- easy to put on/ take off
- allows required movement freedom, forget I even have it on now
- adjustment of top plate angle & height for different riding styles (ie dirt bike vs DH Mtn bike)
- has done its job correctly in the small minor wrecks/bails since wearing it (no major wrecks yet, with it, fingers-crossed)

Cons
- strap system is difficult to fit, but once setup correctly no adjustments needed. Took me an 45-60mins in front of a mirror, suited up, and by myself to get properly adjusted.
- graphics, but my riding buddies didn't even notice I was wearing a neck brace the first time so at least they don't scream "look at me".
