No one will honor warranty

Purchased the helmet in July 2012. In mid November, the mechanism which holds the face guard open broke. The seller, Powersports Superstore refuse to take it back under warranty and my local supplier, Helmet House in Northern Califoenia also refuse to honor the warranty. Although the helmet is very comfortable to wear, I'm going back to Nolan. I consider my money wasted.

Comfortable Helmet

This helmet is comfortable without feeling flimsy. Overall good construction. I love modular designs and this particular series of helmets has everything I want like bluetooth fitting, internal sun visor, and lightweight feel. The only thing I can think of that I could pose an annoyance is the return spring for the internal sun visor feels weak. Other than that, I enjoy the helmet.
