4Nice looking boots
By logaric
Good boots, good price. The oiled leather is midweight, good for the purpose - as much look as function. They wouldn't survive much off-sidewalk walking, nor are they particularly comfortable right out of the box, but with an insole they're fine. They've also shrugged off a little dirt, mud and snow without suffering ... just getting a little character.

5Great Boot
By Randy L Henderson
Got mine from a local motorcycle shop 18 months ago. They were my ONLY shoes for two months while I rode a 650 BMW motorcycle from Alaska to Carolina and back. 13,000 miles. Amazinginly enough they kept my feet warm in the cool/cold Alaskan and Canadian Summer and with a thinner sock, they were comfortable in the triple digit weather of the lower 48 summer. ALSO kept my feet dry while riding in the rain. Walked in them all over America/Canada - the soles are great for riding and walking, but hiking off road is a challenge as the soles have no deep treads.
That said, I also use the SAME boots on my Carolina Farm...the lack of deep treads is a plus for this, as they shed the MUD like a champ. Oh yeah, the steel shank in the sole is an absolute MUST for any real motorcycle boot - helps to prevent "ladder foot" (caused by long hours with your feet supported on the pegs)
One pointer: To keep them waterproof - polish them up every now and then. If you keep some p olish on them, you can walk through 5 plus inches of swamp water and stay bone dry. By the way, you can abuse the heck out of them, with mud up to your calfs, rinse off the outside with a hose, let them dry, and they will polish up to look like dress boots in nothing flat.

5Very comfortable
By James M. Mc Daniel
Nice comfortable boots. The did stretch more than I want so I would say to buy a half size smaller.
