3Love this jacket
By IZbraun
This jacket is excellent, especially when you consider the price. Thick leather but warn & broken in. Several vent pockets and a zip out removable liner. I do wish I had ordered a slightly bigger size. I normally wear a 42 long jacket but there wasn't a "long" option so I just got a 42 because I was afraid that a 44 would be too baggy but a 44 would have been a better fit for me both in the length and fit around my chest. I'm 6'2, 200 lbs.

Update:
I returned and item for a larger size. Upon returning the item, Powersport Superstore charged me $9.47 (I assume it's some re-stocking fee). Not to mention the fact that it cost me $23.25 to mail the thing back to them. So In the end, I paid $200 for the jacket. I could have just bought it at a local shop where I could have tried them on... Something you might want to consider too.

5Fantastic jacket
By Steve
This is my first jacket from river road, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I guess I was expecting a light weight fashion jacket ... boy was I wrong.
This jacket exceeds my expectations by far and I'm truly excited with it.
Heavy (though not bulky), substantial motorcycle leather jacket that gives you a good protection when riding on a bike.
It has a great leather smell (which I personally love), it seems very well made and it looks absolutely stunning.
If I would have to describe it with only one word, I would say ... Woooooooow!

5Very, very nice jacket
By Brent Cooper
Read lots of reviews (and even watched video reviews) before ordering this jacket. I don't usually buy clothes online because I'm in between sizes - chest size 43". This jacket runs a bit big, so a 42 fit perfectly. The shoulders and arms are just right, and there's just enough room in the chest for a thermal shirt or hoody underneath (without the liner).

First the Pros: Leather is very soft right out of the box and breaks in very quickly. No armor or armor pockets, but the jacket is heavy and sturdy. However, you don't feel the weight at all once it's on. Seams are all well constructed. Very warm even without the zip out liner. The distressed leather looks very retro cool - the photos don't do it justice. You'll feel like Steve McQueen when wearing it. Comfortable enough to wear as a casual jacket, but tough enough for a quick spin on your motorcycle too.

Now for the Cons: *None of these are deal breakers, but they're worth mentioning* Th e cuffs are a little big, so if you're wearing it for cold weather, you'll need gauntlet style gloves to keep wind out. The liner is a little bulky. The liner sleeves seem more padded than the torso making arm movements a little stiff (I plan to remedy this by having a seamstress alter the liner into a vest only). The neck is a little big and lets in a bit of wind, but it does allow enough room to wear a hoody underneath, so not really a big deal. There is initially a strong leather smell to the jacket, but this dissipates with airing out.

Even without considering the price, this is a very nice jacket. Taking cost into consideration, it becomes a phenomenal deal. Easily as nice as jackets costing twice as much, and much better than anything else at its price. I highly recommend it.
